Complete the form below. If you order a repeat prescription before 12:00 noon, the medication(s) will be available for collection at your pharmacy after 2:00 p.m. the next working day. If you order a repeat prescription after 12:00 noon, the medication(s) will be ready for collection at your pharmacy after 2:00 p.m. two working days later.
